We ship all our products via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation included. Every item you order is made on demand. When we receive your order we will work promptly to complete every customized detail with the utmost attention to quality. For custom pens, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for receipt of your order. We will make every effort to deliver your item as soon as possible.

Can you ship internationally?
For orders placed through this webpage, unfortunately at this time we can only ship domestically within the continental United States and we cannot to international locations. However, you may call or email us and we can manually take your order and calculate international shipping. Restrictions may apply.
What if I’m local – can I pick up my item instead of having it shipped?
If you are in the local Richmond, VA area and wish to make arrangements to pick up your item instead of having it shipped, please enter the code "PICKUP" when you check out through the store, and the shipping charge will be waived. This offer cannot be combined with other coupon codes.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Virginia residents will be charged a 5.0% sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site.

I’d like to order a large quantity for a corporate order. What are some of my options?
You can choose any style of pen you’d like! We can engrave your company name or logo on the pen or case, the employee or client name and title, or whatever else you would like. You can choose the same style and engraving for all pens, or you can vary it. As with all our pens, we include a certificate of authenticity. We also have access to gift boxes upon request, and can offer quantity discounts.
What if I don’t see exactly what I want on this site?
No problem! We can work with you to create a custom order. We’ve chosen a limited selection of options to make the ordering process easier, but there are hundreds of other options available. Whether it’s a different hardware style (such as Satin Pearl), a unique wood (such as Spalted Mango), an acrylic (there are 200+ variations available), or a custom box or engraving option, we can do it. Just send us an e-mail or give us a call and we’ll work with you.
My pen ran out of ink. How do I know what refill to purchase?
For our gel rollerball pens with a twist mechanism, we use the Parker Refill for Gel Ink Roller Ball Pens. The black ink is style #30525, and the blue ink is style #30526.
For our gel rollerball pens with a screw cap, we use the Cross Gel Rollerball Pen Refill. The black ink is style #8523, and the blue ink is style #8521.
Most refills can be found at your local office supply store, but we also carry refills for all our pens on our website.
